Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are prioritized for same-day processing (business days only).
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you by email if any significant delays occur.
Shipping Origin & Warehouse Location
Important: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouse located in Shenzhen, China.
While our business is registered in the UK, we utilize international fulfillment centers to provide competitive pricing and free shipping to our customers.

We currently offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders to the United States.

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order ships, not the order date.
- Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Business days exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs processing time.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing:
- Your tracking number(s)
- Estimated delivery timeframe
- Link to track your package
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
- You can track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Important for International Customers:
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes: Depending on your country's customs regulations, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.
- icicosmetic.com is NOT responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery delays due to customs: Orders may be delayed during customs clearance. This process is beyond our control and is not included in the estimated delivery time.
- Refused or abandoned packages: If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required customs fees, resulting in the package being returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and no refund will be issued.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
Lost Packages:
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- First, check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us at help@icicosmetic.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim.
Damaged Packages:
- icicosmetic.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Shipping carriers are responsible for goods in transit.
- If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged items.
- Take photos of the damaged package and products.
- Contact us immediately at help@icicosmetic.com with photos and your order number.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or provide a replacement if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
Undelivered Packages (Returned to Sender):
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs refusal:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
- If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs (if applicable) and a 15% restocking fee.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
- We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
- If your package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
- Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Delivery Delays & Communication
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Courier delays or logistical issues
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Remote or rural delivery locations
- Public holidays
- If your order experiences a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery window, we will proactively contact you by email with an updated timeframe.
- If you have not received tracking updates for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. However, some remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories) may experience longer delivery times.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Before shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at help@icicosmetic.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
- After shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You may return the items according to our Return & Refund Policy.
