30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any reason.

  • Day 1 starts on the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation.
  • Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
  • For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Eligible for Return:

✅ Items purchased within the last 30 days
✅ Products that are unused, unworn, and undamaged
✅ Items in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
✅ Products with original manuals, components, and protective materials

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened personal care or hygiene products (makeup, skincare, brushes used on skin)
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or customer negligence
❌ Products not in original condition or missing parts
Final Sale, Clearance, or Discounted items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)
Gift cards or digital products
❌ Custom or personalized items

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used. Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at help@icicosmetic.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (e.g., wrong item, defective, changed mind)
  • Photos or video evidence (required for damaged or defective items)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1–2 business days, we will review your request and send you:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) (required for processing)
  • Return shipping address
  • Return instructions

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number may be refused or delayed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging)
  • Include your RA# on the outside of the package
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip (if available)
  • Ship via a trackable, insured mail service (we recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking)
  • Keep your tracking number – you are responsible for the package until it reaches us

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for buyer's remorse, wrong size/color, or change of mind returns.
  • Return shipping is not refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

We Cover Return Shipping When:

✅ We sent the wrong item
✅ The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
✅ The item does not match the description on our website

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval.


REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

Inspection Period:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Approval:

Full Refund – Approved if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
⚠️ Partial Refund – May apply if item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging (at our discretion)
No Refund – If item does not meet return eligibility criteria

You will receive an email notification regarding your refund status.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or store credit unless requested

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days after item inspection
  • Bank/Card Issuer Processing: 5–10 business days (varies by financial institution)
  • Total Time: Expect your refund within 7–14 business days from when we receive your return

Note: Refunds may take longer during peak seasons or due to bank processing delays. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first, then contact us.


REFUND EXCLUSIONS

Non-Refundable Charges:

Original shipping fees (unless we made an error)
Return shipping costs (unless we made an error)
Customs duties or import taxes paid by you (these are non-recoverable)

Restocking Fees:

  • We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns in original condition
  • 15% restocking fee may apply to returns with damaged packaging, missing items, or signs of use

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive the return

This ensures you receive your preferred item faster without waiting for the return to be processed.

Tip: If you need the replacement urgently, you can place a new order before returning the original item.


DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Report Immediately:

Contact us at help@icicosmetic.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the defective/damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • Description of the issue

Our Response:

We will: ✅ Provide a full refund (including return shipping)
✅ Send a free replacement (if available)
✅ Provide a prepaid return label

Important: Do not discard damaged packaging or products until we've reviewed your claim and provided instructions.


WARRANTY COVERAGE

9-Month Manufacturer Warranty:

Select products include a 9-month warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship issues).

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunctions under normal use

Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that doesn't affect functionality

Warranty Claims:

  • Contact us with proof of purchase and description of the defect
  • We will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion
  • Refunds are not issued under warranty – only repairs or replacements

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Before Delivery:

If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days at help@icicosmetic.com

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement/refund if eligible.

After Delivery:

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, icicosmetic.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Requesting signature confirmation (if available)
  • Installing security cameras or package lockers

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (IMPORTANT)

Shipping from China:

All orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Return Shipping Considerations:

  • International return shipping is expensive and is the customer's responsibility
  • Returns must clear customs, which may cause delays
  • We do not cover customs fees, import taxes, or duties on returns

Recommendation:

Contact us first at help@icicosmetic.com before shipping an international return. We may be able to offer:

  • A partial refund without requiring a return
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Other resolution options to avoid costly international shipping

GIFTS & GIFT RECEIPTS

If You Received a Gift:

  • You may return or exchange the gift within 30 days
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit (unless the gift giver requests otherwise)
  • Contact us to verify the order details

If You Sent a Gift:

  • The recipient may return the item, and we will notify you
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase

REFUSED OR ABANDONED DELIVERIES

If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package at customs:

  • The package will be returned to us at your expense
  • You will not receive a refund for the order or original shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund

Important: If you change your mind after ordering, contact us immediately. Do not refuse the delivery.


CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment:

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund
  • Processing happens quickly (1-3 business days), so please act fast

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may return the item following our standard return policy
